i purchased a washing machine and paid for it to be installed. i am a single person so it had not been misused or overused when i called for my first repair 2 weeks ago..the repairman said as a result of the improper installation..motor fell out bottom of machine due to not being attached properly inside appliance, the machine had to be repaired as it was..i left town for 2 weeks use the machine last weekend and water is pouring out everywhere ...now i am fed up with sears i have another repair appt scheduled for nest monday and of course... read full review »
