Hello..I'm very upset about what happened w/ my experience at your store!!! I had problems w/ my glasses 3 times.First of all I had them sent back for the wrong prescription..2nd I had them sent back again for a scratch on the len's and a len's that was bowed.At that time they sent me a $25.00 gift card for my problem's.So the last time was that the glasses had another scratch on them and then asked for a refund!!
