H-P Pavilion Notebook bought in August 2007, from an outlet centre as a reconditioned, ready to use, fully operational computer suitable for home use, soon started to cause problems.The graphiic chip needed replacing in July 2008; the sound card became defective in February 2009 and finally, on the 7th of this month(December) the poor thing gave up completely: it could not make up its mind wether to turn itself on or off, and the screen was just black and blank.
