Consultant promised that they will refinance or modify our loan via short sale refinance since August 2008. As of today, my loan has transfered to another lender and OF Lending has not done anything to show positive result. They demanded $4800 as fees for their initial work. I have negotiated to pay only $2000 which they've accepted. They initially communicate weekly with the lender and update us via phone or email on a weekly basis.
