I'm in serious legal trouble because of them!!! On October 6, 2010, I made a purchase on ugg4all.com, an online store which I have yet to recieve (dicember 7, 2010), due to various problems. I first contacted them to report the delay, and then to report that the German Customs Department would not authorize the order to enter the country, to which them, on October 29, simply responded "Dear Customer.
