A&E Factory Service is just horrible., What a nightmare to deal with them Don't buy any Sears Appliance because Sears is using this incompetant company to perform their service for repair. They never show up on time. They lie, overcharge you, and then wind up not fixing anything. If you want more of the terrible service they are supposed to repair, feel free to call me. We should all come together and sue this company and don't buy any appliance from Sears. read full review »
