On Sept. 18th of 2008 my father was presented with a dream. The dream of owning his first home. Walter Chintomby, a real estate agent working for Remax Realtors at the time presented us to a property that he says was on auction for the amount of $25000.00 usd. Yes too good to be true. He asked for a deposit $5000.00 dollars made out to the "Star of Guyana LLC" (Flags should go up when writing a check to an LLC) and said the house would be guaranteed.
