I too have fallen prey to these scam artist. I applied for a pay day loan and my information was apparently shared with these people. There was no disclaimer and no authorization given for these scam artist to access my account. They fraudulently took $49.98 out of my account. Although I was given a cancellation number (58340841) there was no guarentee that I would get my refund within the alloted 72 hours. My next move you ask? Very simple.
