We bought a Calypso washing machine in 2001 and have had lots of problems. We bought the extended warrenty every year, only to find out that at some point Sears changed our full coverage warrenty for a lesser one, which meant that we could have gotten a new washer based on the repairs it required but no one told us that. Now with the lower level warrenty we can't. In June, Andrea W at Customer Solutions was willing to give us 20% off a new machine and I have the email to prove it.
