My family purchased an aquarium setup with all the bells and whistles, our first tank, one month after using it, the filter pump failed, Petland would not replace the filter and told us to call the manufacturer, the manufacturer, Hagen, wants me to send the unit at my cost to them with a check for $5 for return shipping, what a crock of BS, Petland should stand by what they sell, they dont, this store located in Davie Florida it is independantly owned and operated, they do not even print a return policy on their receipts.
