A German auction house paid DHL Euros 420 (About $680) for "premium service" to send a 15kg package from Germany to me in Los Angeles. It never arrived and no one in DHL cares. The company apparently has no ability to recover from a shipment gone wrong. Use them at your peril. They have failed me. read full review »
