I went to H & R Block to apply for the block advantage. They went over the papers with me as i signed them. I always read things carefully that I have to sign. The agent didn't even knowe basic things about the computer and I had to help her put in my info. When I got the results back I was denied. The reason I was denied had nothing to do with what was gone over and signed. It is false advertisement. They run your credit and put info in the system under false expectations. read full review »
