I ordered this product on 11/6/2010 and cancelled it on 11/10/2010 for a free trial offer. I was later charged for $87.13. Now I cannot get through on the phone number and cannot find the website any longer to send in the free trial agreement to my credit card company which they have to have in order to collect the money or cancel any future charges.
