I had purchased two giftcards in December 2009 for an hour massage each. I also paid tips: included in the gift cards. One of my friend used her card in a month; other has tried to use it last week. Massage Envy told her that the card has already been used in another location in June; and they charged her credit card. I'm very upset that there is an obvious scam and they are saying "our records are showing that it's been used!".
