I pre-ordered World of Warcraft: Cataclysm The Collectors Edition of the expansion, then when it came time to fulfill the order 12/7/2010 they sent me a notice that item was backordered and they would not be recieving any more of these items. Now if i understand the defenition of "PRE-ORDER" that means you are placing your order ahead of time to GAURANTEE you recieve the item you want and PRE-ordered. Am i not correct?
