Ordered a laptop during Cyber Monday (2010) and was pretty happy... until I checked my bank account the day after when I came back from work. I had 3 orders instead of 1 and there were 3 pending charges on my bank account for around $600 each. I tried contacting their customer service but was answered by an automatic machine telling me that they were closed at 5 PST. Okay..
