This shelter sent someone out to pick up my cat from a local church because he was playing with the children and didn't have a collar. The officer logged my cat in with an impound number. The lady from the church saw my fliers and called me the next day. I went to the shelter and the lady at the desk found the impound number and she seemed secure that my cat was there.
