I ordered a number of curtain poles from this online company - Polesdirect.com and found that two of the poles were rusty. On ringing the company, i was told to take pictures and send it to them by email. After the first attempt - no response. Second attempt got a personal email address - still no response. After - several phone calls leaving messages on the answer phone, i am still waiting. I cannot send the items back without notifying them, and they are not responding.
