My husband made specific payment arrangements for his mobile service with this company. After making his payment, he got multiple e-mails threatening to shut off his service unless he paid more than the company agreed to take. Multiple calls to customer service explaining the arrangement did no good. Without returning his payment, they dishonored the plan and shut off his service.
