i purchased a wen brand chainsaw that failed to run while under warranty.i have taken it to buffalo outdoor power who is designated by wen to do their warranty work.wen is ignoring me, and buffalo outdoor power.buffalo outdoor power has all of the information pertaining to my chainsaw.we are both getting very irritated at wen.the chainsaw was purchased at menards here in kearney and they also are not very satisfied with the company.the only heat my parents have for their home is a wood stove.they are on s.s and i am on s.s because of a disability.so the purchase of a saw that will run, is diffacult. read full review »
