After I bought my Groupon for WineInsiders.com I read the complaints about them and got worried. Went ahead though and submitted my order. As mentioned, the groupon did not automatically go through, but I sent them a quick email when they sent me the shipping notification and within a few hours they credited the $75 to my card.
