I sent in my Casio Camera on 11/16/2010 to get it repaired. I called and talked to a customer service rep who said to send it in that they still warranty cameras 2-3 weeks after the 1 year warranty period. I purchased the camera 10/4/2009; which is what I told the rep. They sent me a letter stating the camera was out of warranty and wanted $84.93 to fix it. I called and complained. They had it reevaluated on 11/24/2010. I called on 11/30/2010 and it still hadn't been looked at. They told me someone would call when they reached a decision... read full review »
