I called the tmobile customer care representative Kathy ID # 28664, she told about a promotion, and she told me only to one of the line in my account, but I told her, that phone does not want to be bother about internet and I asked her how about my phone, and she said, it is not included and I asked her why she said that my phone has an internet, but actually i do not have an internet on my phone and she said it was offered, but nobody told me about a one month free internet on my phone, so I got so upset and mad, and she HUNG UP ON ME. what a... read full review »
