In November of this year they charged my credit card $24.95 twice, for a service that I did not sign up for. I called this number 800-475-1942 and cancelled this service. I was told that they would refund the charges which now is $99.80 within 3 - 5 business days. I will wait and see if they do what they say and I will post what happened.
