This company does not care at all about their customers; they are very rude unprofessional and not helpful at all. I recently paid off my car loan, when I called the company to get my payoff amount I explained to the customer service representative, who was not very nice, that it was very important, as soon as the loan was paid, for me to get a letter stating that car loan was paid in full, she responded in a very non caring attitude, that they will fax it to me right away.
