I used a thrid party (BBG) collect calling service in France. When I placed the call I asked the BBG operator the rates of the destination call. He told me there would be a $5 conection fee then 1$ american per min. I made 11 calls for total of 91 mins. Today Dec 8th 2010 i recived my phone bill. The collect calls using BBG totaled 750.00!!! When calculating the cost at rates I was told that would equal $282.00. Far as I am concered Ihave been a victim of fraud by this company!! read full review »
