Keith Kranz is the owner, was the owner, of The Tanning Lounge. One day open and collecting money from sales. Next day a sign in the window stating that they are closed for business. No response to phone calls. Found him on facebook. I do not believe this involved a bankruptcy. As a consumer, I have been left high and dry. I had many tans remaining on my account totally approximately $225. Other consumers are much worse off than I am. Sadly, we don't know what we can do. So I am starting here. Thank you for your time.
