Portfolio started calling and sending letters a few years ago. They claim to be trying to collect a debt they claim I owe to Kay Jewelers that is over 16 years old, statute of limitations ran out long ago. I asked for proof such as a paper with my signature on it or a court judgment against me. They have neither. I told them to take me to court and they admitted that since the debt is so old that they can't do that. All they can do is harass me until I give up and pay them, which they told me they would do.
