An appointment was made by myself and the service department at Sears for a Lawn Tractor (extended warranty agreement) on Dec. 8, 2010. I waited all day for a call or a service technician to show up. I called about 12:00 noon to find out if and when they were coming out. I waited another 5 hours and called back because I never heard from them. They told me that the representative on the phone had canceled my appointment at 12:00 noon. I never said cancel or reschedule or any words similar to that. I had to reschedule the appointment for Dec. 22, 2010, which was the only time convenient for them not me, the customer. I am extremely upset with Sears. read full review »
