They suck you in for $1 then bill your card $18.95 monthly. Interesting that their phone message immediately gets all legal-de-gook to make you think you can't fight it. My Chase credit card representative got them to refund the $18.95. Chase provides terrific service! I'm a good reader and was really aggravated thinking of all the $18.95's they were stealing from customers that I decided to try for the refund. I'll think it will come through or Chase will take the next step. read full review »
