New service, New home phone and High speed internet... ok service man showed up to do phone messed up the phone service of neighbor left yard in mess. sloppy work, mult. calls and sitting on phone for ever hearing "how important my call is", took at least 4 calls and each call 30 to 45 min to get to speak to a person. Next the service man that was to come and wire for internet never showed up. mult calls again. each call 30 to 45 mins. after 4months of paying for internet that we did not have.
