Nov. 18, 2010 I received my order for a refurbished CD/DVD burner to replace a CD/DVD burner in a Dell Dimension computer. I paid $38.60 including $9.60 shipping. The electrical hookup was wrong so I returned it. They charged me a $15.00 restocking fee. I paid $9.60 to return the Burner so I'm into the deal $48.20. They issued me a $16.00 in store credit which was worthless to me. After the fact, I find out this is their business policy.
