I had to file bankrupted chapter 13 because I made too much money to file chapter 7. My paycheck was being garnished $400 every two weeks. I paid Macey & Allman $2500 up front because they said it would only cost me $200-$250 every two weeks. Once the case was filed the bankrupsey Trustee is garnishing my check $600 every two weeks. My bills are not getting paid. My house is in foreclosure. Any day now I expect to be put out on the street. My lawyer now says it wasn’t a feasible case to take. The way they present themselves is fraud. I am contacting the Attorney Generals office. read full review »
