I am also a victim of NCS's haphazard collection procedures. The only way to change their bullying tactics is to file complaints with the FTC, BBB and our respective state's AG. We, as consumers can only compel systematic change by filing these complaints. Whether you choose to negotiate with NCS or not, file your complaints.
