I placed an order online with these guys and immediately realized that there were 2 mistakes with the order. I called the customer service number (had to wait over 20 minutes to get through) and explained the problem. I asked that the order be cancelled so I could reorder or that they fix the order and process it. I was assured that they would take care of the problem and send me an email to let me know which way they wanted to go.
