I purchased a Cocker Spaniel puppy from Melissa Sauls {who claims to be a hobby breeder} on July 10. 2010. I was promised the AKC papers would be sent to me the following week as she did not rec. them yet. My puppy is now 6 mos old and still no papers. She refuses to ans. my calls or emails. Further invest. shows that she can't get the papers for this litter because the breeder she purchased the sire from was never fully paid and still holds his papers, without his papers the AKC will not issue papers for this litter.
