I was involved in a car accident. The person that caused the accident was insured by Fred Loya. He has admitted fault in the accident. They are also admitting liability but refusing to pay for the full amount of damage to my vehicle. They are stating that because I lost control of my car that they will only pay for 80% of the damage. I find this to be insane. If I was at fault I would pay the damages. read full review »
