They never called to let me know they were coming. They just showed up. They forged my moving contract, and then tried to hold their changes over my head. They broke and lost over $1300 worth of items and only offered me $160 as a settlement. When I complained to the BBB, they first ignored it, then said it was MY fault they screwed up.
