Charlotte Auto Collection sold me a car that had sustained major body damage, without disclosing the damage. When confronted with the facts, they refused to do anything about it. They originally showed me a Carfax report on the vehicle that was 'clean'; then, oddly enough, they did not include the Carfax report in the paperwork given to me (discovered after looking for the report when the problem came up).
