Who the H ell do they think they are, how many people don't catch this on their bill? It must be nice to just bill someone without their permission. Verizon should not allow this to happen, they charged my account $8.43 for service I never asked for. They should be turned in to the better business bureau. Why does Verizon allow the billing if their getting so many complaints, so I put some of the blame on Verizon for allowing this practise to be done without their costumers consent. verizon don't allow any one to credit your account. read full review »
