Puchased the washing maching back in 2004 and had to have the inner tub repaired in 2007 at a cost of $200.00. When this problem occurred again contacted Maytag to complain they offered me 15% off another washing machine. I told them that the machine was still good and wanted to get compenstation for the tub. They offered to pay 50% off the parts excluding labor. After a little research found out it was going to cost over $200.00 for repair and not sure what the parts were going to be.
