This company is a complete joke; really I don't know where to start, so I'll just put the negatives you would likely experience yourself, if dealing with them. Such long delays that wouldn't even exist in your nightmares. When you want to chase them you have to call on a premium 0845 number and then you're left waiting only to have the phone dropped on you.
