I ordered the free trial on 2/2/09 and as of 2/21/09 have not received the trial product. They charged my bank card the $4.99 for shipping and handling. On 2/19/2009 they put on the $79.96 on my bank card. How can a person say or not say if they want to continue to order a product, if they do not have an opportunity to try it? read full review »
