I recently had a horrible experience dealing with HMWallace and National Builder Supply. I ordered a shower base and a bathroom accessory. The accessory was backordered. I was never notified and left waiting for my shipment weeks later. After contacting the company I was met with quite possibly the worst customer service in the world.
