This is the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. You cannot understand a word they say because they don't speak English! I am also stuck with using them because of my apartment complex. If I just had to deal with Direct TV, it would be fine. I just moved from one apt to another one in the same complex and paid over the phone to have my service transferred and was told they couldn't update their system for 24 hrs because my bank wouldn't let it post until then.
