I placed on order on 11/28/10 for a sweater as a Christmas gift. I was charged $16.00 to have the ONE SWEATER shipped. Tody is Dec 10 and still no sweater. I called Norm Thompson and spoke with the most unpleasant and unprofessional Mrs. Gustafson who refused to do anything. She said I have to wait 30 days before she would do anything. I explained this was a Christmas gift and she could not have cared less. She told me to purchase another one! How do they get away with this...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
