I was sent a defective diaper only to be told I had to pay for the shipping costs to have the diaper sent back. I also requested the diaper to be refunded to my card and they declined the offer even though their website clearly says that they accept new returns and will give a refund to your card if you wanted to place another order ahead. I placed another order, but they won't give refund (only store credit). After spending several emails trying to figure out what would be best. I decided not to deal with them again. I don't recommend them. They send defective products and do not honor their policies. Stay away! read full review »
