I received an extra $6.95 deducted from my account without authorization. I assumed the first deductions was correct for $69.95 for renewal of my Trend Platinum Anti-virus software. Now there shows an addtional deduction. Please refund this additional deduction as it was not authorized by me or anyone in my household. This needs to be taken care of ASAP! read full review »
