Same thing happened to me that others here have been complaining about. When I emailed them to refund my money back with threats to take action they offered me half my money back and inticement with extra free bids. I have stood firm and want all my money back. I intend to file a complaint with California's and Glendale City's Attorney General's and the relevant Police department about this scam.
