I ordered several magazines from Hearst and didn't receive many issues. When I tried to get those issues replaced, I was informed they didn't have anymore. I received harrassing notices after my subscription ended. I could never reach a real person. Web site doesn't work. Emails are cryptic and less than helpful. Really wanted to order O! magazine so thought I'd try it again.
